With the release of version_2670315, our team make optimization on the logic of the auto levelling, and also added a new feature - Restore to Factory Setting to enhance the user experience.

New Features

Title

Added a restore to factory setting function. Restoring a 3D printer to factory settings resets all configurations back to their original state as when the printer was first assembled or left the factory. This includes calibration, extruder, temperature, speed, and firmware settings. It erases any custom configurations and should be done with caution, following manufacturer instructions.

Troubleshooting

In this part, we will show some common print issues, and potential solutions.

7. X-Axis not function correctly

 

1. Please remove the X-axis motor, connect the X-axis motor to the working motor port. Touch screen operation to move the axis that works normally, if it does not work, then the motor is faulty, replace the motor.

 

2. If exclude the motor problems,Open the bottom cover (under our guidance to remove the bottom cover for testing and repair will not affect the warranty) and connect the X-axis motor to the X-motor port on the motherboard. Touch screen operation to move the X-axis, if it works, you need to check the connection cable between the motherboard to the X-axis motor. If it does not work, the motherboard failure, replace the motherboard.

8. Y-Axis not function correctly

 

1. Please remove the Y-axis motor, connect the Y-axis motor to the working motor port.  Touch screen operation to move the axis that works normally, if it does not work, then the motor is faulty, replace the motor.

 

2. If exclude the motor problems,Open the bottom cover (under our guidance to remove the bottom cover for testing and repair will not affect the warranty) and connect the Y-axis motor to the Y-motor port on the motherboard. Touch screen operation to move the Y-axis, if it works, you need to check the connection cable between the motherboard to the Y-axis motor.If it does not work, the motherboard failure, replace the motherboard.

9. Z-Axis not function correctly

 

1. Please remove the Z-axis motor, connect the Z-axis motor to the working motor port.  Touch screen operation to move the axis that works normally, if it does not work, then the motor is faulty, replace the motor.

 

2. If exclude the motor problems,Open the bottom cover (under our guidance to remove the bottom cover for testing and repair will not affect the warranty) and connect the Z-axis motor to the Z-motor port on the motherboard. Touch screen operation to move the Z-axis, if it works, you need to check the connection cable between the motherboard to the Z-axis motor.If it does not work, the motherboard failure, replace the motherboard.

10. Print head always crushed/scratched on the build plate

 

1. First of all, re-levelling, exclude levelling problems: 

1)Click on Set --- CAL --- Autolevelling --- Set Zoffset=0 --- Set Z=0 --- Setting Z offset in conjunction with A4 paper --- Click Save --- Exit;

2)Click on Set --- CAL --- Manuallevelling --- Adjust the levelling nut in turn at each of the four corners using A4 paper --- Exit;

3)Click on Set --- CAL --- Autolevelling --- Set Z=0 --- Match A4 paper to fine-tune Z offset --- Click Next to capture compensation

 

2. If exclude the levelling problem, open the bottom cover (under our guidance to remove the bottom cover for testing and repair will not affect the warranty), the use of a multimeter, measuring the motherboard 3D-Touch terminal output voltage is 5V, if not 5V, the motherboard failure, replace the motherboard.

 

→3. If you exclude the motherboard problem, use a multimeter, respectively, to measure the large splicing line to the Z-axis adapter board, vertical line to the X-axis adapter board and horizontal line to the extruder adapter board conduction is normal, if the conduction is not normal, then the connection line failure, replace the connection line.

 

→4. If the above steps do not detect the problem, then the Eddy current sensors failure, replace the Eddy current sensors.

11. Extrusion Problems (Unable to extrude filament)

 

1. Please make sure the nozzle temperature setting and heating are normal(PLA:200-220):
1)If the temperature setting is low, please adjust to the appropriate temperature.
2)If the hot end is not heated, refer to the hot end heating failure problem eliminated.

 

2. If you confirm the temperature is normal, please adjust the top wire pressure, not too loose or too tight.

 

3. If adjusting the top wire does not solve the problem, please check whether the extruder gear is broken and stuck. If it is broken, it needs to be replaced.

 

4. If the gear is not jammed, try to manually push the consumables through the nozzle to check if it is plugged, if it is plugged, then use the poke needle to clean up first, if the poke needle can not be cleaned up, please dismantle the extrusion assembly situation throat, remove the clogged material.

 

5. If the above steps did not detect the problem, open the bottom cover (under our guidance to remove the bottom cover for testing and repair will not affect the warranty), use a multimeter, measure the motherboard E0 motor interface terminal voltage is 24V, if not 24V, then the motherboard failure, replace the motherboard.

 

6. If exclude the motherboard problem,the motherboard extrusion motor connection line with the normal operation of the motor connection line exchange, touch screen operation to move the normal operation of the shaft, if not working, the drive failure, replace the motherboard.

 

7. If exclude the driver problem, use a multimeter, respectively, respectively, to measure the spelling line to the X-axis adapter board  conduction is normal, if the conduction is not normal, then the connection line failure, replace the connection line.

 

8. If the above steps did not detect the problem, the motor failure, replace the motor.
